Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

Neuro99 ("the bot", "the service") is operated by Liam, an individual based in the United States. By adding Neuro99 to a Discord server, using its commands, or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

These terms sit alongside Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Nothing here overrides them - if the two ever conflict, Discord's rules win.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use Neuro99, matching Discord's own minimum age. If the country you live in sets a higher minimum age for using online services, that higher age applies to you instead.

To add the bot to a server or change its settings, you need to be that server's owner or hold the permissions Neuro99 requires.

3. What the service does

Neuro99 provides moderation, anti-nuke protection, member verification, a ticket system, role management, sticky messages, log routing, live FiveM server status, Tebex store integration, and AI chat, along with a web dashboard for configuring all of it.

Neuro99 requests Administrator permission when you invite it. This is genuinely required for the protection features to work - reversing an attack in progress means being able to restore channels, roles and members. You are free to decline and not use the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, exploit, or attempt to break the bot, its API, or the dashboard.
• Use Neuro99 to harass, harm, or violate the rights of other people.
• Use Neuro99 to break Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain access to servers, settings, or data you aren't authorised to reach.
• Resell, relicense, or present the service as your own.

5. Premium

Premium is a one-time payment of $4.99 that applies to a single Discord server. It does not renew, and there is no subscription.

Payment is handled by PayPal. Neuro99 never sees or stores your card details.

Because PayPal does not provide us with automatic payment notifications, premium is activated manually. After paying, you submit a claim from that server's Premium page with your PayPal transaction reference, and it is activated once the payment has been confirmed against the PayPal account. This step is not instant.

Premium applies only to the specific server it was claimed for. It is not transferable between servers.

6. Refunds

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase. To request one, contact iamorbit51@gmail.com or open a ticket in the support Discord, with your PayPal transaction reference and the server it was claimed for.

After 24 hours, purchases are final.

7. Suspension and termination

Premium may be revoked, and a server or user may be blacklisted from the service, for abuse of the bot or its features.

We may also stop providing the service to a server at any time, including by leaving it. Where a paid server is affected through no fault of its own, we will act reasonably about it.

You can stop using Neuro99 at any time by removing it from your server.

8. Availability

Neuro99 is provided as-is and as-available. It is run by one person, and there is no uptime guarantee, no service level agreement, and no promise that any feature will keep working or continue to exist.

The protection features reduce risk; they do not eliminate it. Neuro99 is not a substitute for keeping your own admin accounts secure, using strong passwords, and enabling two-factor authentication on Discord.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuro99 and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, members, revenue, or servers arising from your use of - or inability to use - the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the service develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use Neuro99 after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
