Exactly what Neuro99 stores, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.

1. Who handles your data
Neuro99 is operated by Liam, an individual based in the United States. For the purposes of data protection law, that is the person responsible for the data described on this page.
Contact for any privacy question or request: iamorbit51@gmail.com, or open a ticket in the Neuro99 support Discord.
2. What is collected
Neuro99 stores only what it needs to work. Specifically:
- Server settings - your configuration for permissions, log channels, anti-nuke, verification, welcome messages, sticky messages, ticket panels, role requests, FiveM status embeds and Tebex integration. Stored against your Discord server ID.
- Ticket transcripts - the full contents of a ticket channel when it is closed, including messages and the Discord IDs and usernames of the people who took part.
- Verification data - when a member verifies using OAuth2, their Discord user ID, username, the list of servers they are in, and their Discord access and refresh tokens. The server list is what makes blacklist checking possible.
- Website sessions - when you sign in to the dashboard, your Discord user ID, username, avatar reference, and the servers you can manage. Sessions expire after 7 days.
- Command usage - a record of which commands are run and where, used for the bot's own statistics.
- Premium records - your Discord server ID, the Discord user ID of whoever submitted a claim, and the PayPal transaction reference you provide. Card details are never seen or stored.
- Moderation records - blacklisted servers and users, and the reason recorded.
- Feature data - giveaway entries, Tebex player links, and similar data created by features you choose to use.
3. What is not collected
Neuro99 does not read, log, or store the general message history of your server. Message content is only stored in two situations: when a ticket is closed and its transcript is saved, and when someone mentions the bot to use AI chat.
Payment card details are never seen or stored. PayPal handles all payment information directly.
4. Who your data is shared with
Data is never sold. It is shared only with the services required to make features work:
- Discord - the platform the bot operates on. Discord's own privacy policy governs data it holds.
- Cloudflare - hosts the website and stores ticket transcripts, website sessions and verification data.
- x.ai (Grok) - when a member uses AI chat by mentioning the bot, the text of their message is sent to x.ai to generate a reply. Do not put anything sensitive in a message to the AI.
- Tebex - if your server links a Tebex store, transaction lookups and refund requests are sent to Tebex.
- PayPal (via PowR) - handles premium payments.
- FiveM status services - if you use FiveM status embeds, the server addresses you enter are queried for player counts and status.
5. How long it is kept
Ticket transcripts are kept until deleted by the server owner. There is no automatic expiry.
Website sessions expire automatically after 7 days.
Server settings are kept for as long as Neuro99 is in your server. Removing the bot does not automatically erase them, so that your configuration survives a reinstall - if you want them erased, request it using the process below.
Verification tokens are kept while a member remains verified, and are used to periodically re-check that they have not joined a blacklisted server. They are removed when verification is revoked.
6. Your rights and deleting your data
You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
To request deletion, open a ticket in the Neuro99 support Discord and it will be handled manually, or email iamorbit51@gmail.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. Those rights are honoured regardless of where you are - use the same contact route above.
Ticket transcripts can also be deleted directly by the server owner at any time.
7. Children
Neuro99 is not intended for anyone under 13, in line with Discord's own minimum age. Data is not knowingly collected from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact the address above and it will be removed.
8. Security
Dashboard access is protected by Discord sign-in, and every settings change is checked against your live permissions before it is applied. Communication between the website and the bot is authenticated and encrypted in transit.
Actions taken through the dashboard are recorded in your server's log channels in the same way as commands run in Discord, so using the website is not a way to make changes quietly.
No system is perfectly secure, and no guarantee of absolute security can be made.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may change as the service develops. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
